What’s included in the cost of a House of Kipp luxury apartment?
A: The cost includes your accommodation, cleaning, utility bills, and use of a local gym – all you need to think about is food and entertainment!
How can I book an apartment?
A: You can check availability and book directly at http://www.houseofkipp.com.
What is the minimum/maximum amount of time a House of Kipp apartment can be rented for?
A: The minimum booking is two nights. There is no maximum stay, but for bookings above 28 days please contact us directly at email@example.com to ensure you get the best possible deal
Do you require a security deposit?
A: A security deposit will be taken via credit card when you make your reservation.
How do I pay for my booking?
A: By credit card on our website, or via a third party booking website. If you have any other requirements regarding alternative payment methods, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the cancellation policy on bookings?
A: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Is there a set time I need to check in and out by?
A: Standard Check-in time is 15:00 and Check-out is 11:00, but we understand that travelling isn’t always so straightforward. We will always strive to accommodate your requirements so just please contact us with as much notice as possible and we will make the necessary arrangements. A fee may apply for out of hours check in.
How and when do I pick up the keys for my apartment, and how do I return them?
A: A House of Kipp representative will meet you on arrival and help you settle in whenever possible. On occasion a fully automated system will be in operation so that you will be able to access the apartment with a code that will be provided.
What if I need to contact somebody at House of Kipp during my stay?
A: A phone number will be provided with your reservation information so that you can always call somebody 24/7 with any issues.
Can you provide allergy-friendly linen and bedding?
A: Yes we can. Please let us know your requirements when you make your reservation or as early as possible before you check in.
Is there a laundry service available through House of Kipp or in the area?
A: There are laundry services available in the immediate area, or House of Kipp can provide a service on request.
Is parking available in the area?
A: Covent Garden is in the very heart of Central London and parking can be very difficult. We wouldn’t recommend using a car as the public transport is excellent and is right on your doorstep, but if you really do want to use a car, a public car park is a few minutes walk away, but can be very expensive.
Can we use the apartments for parties?
A: We operate a strict NO PARTY policy. Out of respect for other guests and neighbours, loud music after 10:30pm is not permitted and any anti-social behaviour of any sort will result in an immediate termination of the stay.
